At DM Printing Solutions, we want your prints to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. We currently offer two convenient delivery options to serve customers across Belize — whether you’re in Spanish Lookout or anywhere countrywide.

Processing & Dispatch Time
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after final design approval and payment confirmation.
  • For custom or bulk orders, processing time may vary based on project size and materials.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is ready for delivery or pickup.

Shipping Methods
🟢 Free Delivery within Spanish Lookout
  • Cost: Free
  • Delivery Time: Ships within 2 business days
  • Orders within Spanish Lookout qualify for free local delivery.
  • You’ll be notified via WhatsApp, email, or phone once your order is on its way or ready for handoff.
🚚 Countrywide Shipping
  • Flat Rate: BZ$25
  • Carrier: Ezy Delivery (our trusted logistics partner)
  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

Rates may change for oversized or bulk orders. Our team will confirm the final cost before shipping.

Ezy Delivery ensures fast, reliable, and trackable delivery across Belize. Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details or the courier’s contact for easy coordination.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a message confirming:
  • Expected arrival date
  • Courier contact details (Ezy Delivery)
  • Tracking or delivery reference (if applicable)

Pickup Option
If you prefer to pick up your order personally, you can do so at our Spanish Lookout office once your order is complete. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.

Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:
  1. Notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
  2. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description.
We’ll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, reprint, or store credit as appropriate.

International Orders
At this time, DM Printing Solutions primarily serves customers within Belize.
