Return Policy

At DM Printing Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are considered final once the design proof is approved.

However, we will gladly accept returns or reprints under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective or significantly different from the approved proof.
  • The issue is reported within 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at dmprintingbz@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.

Note: We do not accept returns for errors caused by customer-provided files, incorrect information, or color variances due to monitor differences.
